Another type of rattan is red rattan, which has a large output and a lower price than agate rattan. It is generally used to make rattan racks, rattan ornaments and other lower-grade rattan utensils. In addition to weaving furniture and ornaments, white rattan also has two by-products that can also be used in rattan products. One is the rattan bark peeled from the rattan pole, which can be used for weaving, and can also be used as a decorative surface for metal and rattan frameworks; the other by-product is the central part under the rattan, called the rattan core. As long as its diameter is reduced, wicker products can be woven, and many furniture such as chairs are made of rattan cores.

3. Since there are many places where dust is hidden on the surface of rattan furniture, cleaning can be done with a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush to wipe the floating dust from the inside to the outside, then wipe it with a damp cloth, and finally wipe it with a soft cloth. Just clean.

4. After the rattan has been used for a period of time, you can wipe the rattan furniture products with light salt water, which can not only decontaminate, but also keep its flexibility for a long time, and has a certain anti-brittle and insect-proof effect.

5. Refurbishment method of original color rattan furniture: clean and dry first, then sand the rattan frame outside the rattan furniture with sandpaper to remove stains on the surface and restore smoothness, and then put a layer of varnish to protect it, that is, a new look.
